More Trouble for Pacman
Tennessee Titans cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones has had more than his share of run-ins with the law. His latest exploit at a Las Vegas Strip Club seems to have really put him in a bad spot; even more so than his past screw ups.
Jones is set to meet with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell at the beginning of April. The point of the meeting is quite simple: discuss the problems that have plagued Jones off the field since joining the league a couple years ago.
The shame of the matter is that Jones could be one of the best players in the NFL if he got his act together. Not only is he a great shut down corner, but he also has enough speed and elusiveness to be a top return man.
So what is Jones going to do? It would be nice to think that his most recent troubles would show him just how much he has. But with that being said, this has never been the case in the past.
There is a good chance the Titans are going to let Jones go his separate way. He has caused nothing but problems off the field despite having a lot of skills on it. You simply have to wonder how many chances one guy is going to get; even if he is a great player.
It will be interesting to see what comes from his meeting with the commissioner on April 3. At this point, nobody quite knows what the future holds for Jones.
