Pirates of the Caribbean 3: At Worlds End… is it really the end?

The Third installment of the Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End has been out long enough now to really sink in…

And the truth of the matter is after such a long awaited year to clear up the mess that the first two movies left; now we have an even bigger mess and I throw my hands up and wonder if I should really care anymore.

Don’t get me wrong, as I loved the movie, but I am not sure how I would feel about a fourth installment. Those of you who have seen it, no doubt can see that the door was left wide open for a number four.

But I think they would need about six hours to clear the air and quite frankly I do not think I can survive another epic of that magnitude without a meal, toilet rights and an intermission included with the ticket price.

As sexy as Keira Knightley is, through every segment of At Worlds End, if she wasn’t speaking, she was catching flies through her open mouth. But perhaps that is her characters secret to being one of the only ones in the whole flick with white teeth…

But when Keira wasn’t busy catching flies and Calypso (Tia) warning children of the danger of refusing to brush your teeth after eating dirt and seaweed, Johnny Depp’s character Captain Jack was cracking me up! Johnny really shined in this third installment of the Pirates of the Caribbean series and so did his nemesis, Captain Barbossa.

So what did I ultimately learn through those three hours in the theater?

Well, never trust anyone over thirty with a fish face, pirates can’t carry a tune very well, Chow Yun-Fat has a big mole on the side of his head and you should always brush your teeth after every meal…

And Pirates of the Caribbean 3 is not a bad way to pass about three hours of your life… unless you have no life, then I would recommend sitting through the whole movie twice!

You will probably need to in order to make sense out of it.
