If you watched the NBA playoffs this year, you are probably well aware that Spurs point guard Tony Parker is engaged to Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria. After all, the announcers talked about this time and time again, and Eva was regularly spotted in the stands. So when is the big shindig going down?

Although many details are being kept under wraps, we do know that the wedding is going to take place on July 7, 2007 in France. More specifically, the wedding festivities will be at Vaux-le-Vicomte, which is located just about 35 miles southeast of Paris.

As you can imagine, this is not going to be a quaint affair. A detailed guest list has yet to be made public, but it is safe to say that many of Parker’s teammates, as well as Longoria’s Hollywood cohorts will be in attendance.

Unfortunately for the paparazzi, it is not looking like they are going to get anywhere close to the ceremony. The site of the wedding is sealed off to the public by an eight mile long stone wall. Additionally, a contingency of guards will be watching over the grounds in order to keep prying eyes out.

For Parker and Longoria, this is surely a day that they will remember forever. But speaking for the general public, it is easy to see why so many have grown tired of this subject. After all, there are not too many couples who have millions of dollars to spend on an elaborate wedding in France!
