NFL Roundup

September 24, 2007

For the third Sunday in a row, there were plenty of great match-ups across the NFL. And just as everyone thought, many of these games turned into classics. If you were in front of your television yesterday, it is safe to say that you had a day full of fun.

Perhaps the best game of the day was the Baltimore Ravens 26-23 win over the Arizona Cardinals. After getting off to a slow start, the Cardinals brought in back up quarterback Kurt Warner. Even though he brought his team all the way back, the Ravens squeaked out a win thanks to a last second field goal by Matt Stover.

The Seattle Seahawks were victorious over the Cincinnati Bengals by a score of 24-21. Even though there was not as much offense as expected, this game was quite entertaining thanks to each team one upping the other throughout.

Other scores include the Cowboys over the Bears, the Steelers over the 49ers, the Packers over the Chargers, the Eagles over the Lions, and the Colts over the Texans.

The Tennessee Titans and New Orleans Saints square off tonight in a Monday Night Football clash. If this game is anything like the ones that took place on Sunday, it is safe to say that the entire country will be staying up late.

All in all, week three was just as exciting as the first two. Who knows what next week will bring!
