Well Kiddies, Halloween is almost here, which means that it is time to gather up the best of your creative natures and put together a fitting costume. Each year the stakes are raised to come out with the most extreme ideas that have never been seen before and here are a few of the best and worst I have seen so far:

Before we get to the best I would like to segway and go over a few of the worst. These are some costumes that you will no doubt find on the shelves this year that I highly recommend that you stay away from:

The infamous guys dressed as girls routine- I am sure that was funny back in 500 BC, but I think that it has been a little overdone by now and the last thing anyone wants to see this year is more tarts. Hollywood has made sure to send us our quota for the year (Paris, Lindsay, Britney, Nicole—you know who you are).

Rednecks and White Trash- I was just in a Halloween store the other day and was shocked at the number of redneck outfits and accessories out on the market. The worst part of this costume, is that it can sometimes be just a little too close to home to actually be a costume. It’s like Keith Richards going out as a stoned hippy from the 60’s.

Austin Powers- Please, Please… refrain from anymore Austin Powers costumes. Those were also great 10 years ago, but now you are really beginning to date yourself. And if you wear this lame outfit, I guarantee that you will be out on this date by yourself!

Anything to do with the bathroom- Okay, I know that the word “poop” makes just about every seven year old giggle, but there are only so many years that this is going to have the same effect. So, I implore you to refrain from poo costumes, human toilets, and anything of the sort.
