Hot NFL Wide Receivers
Even though an NFL quarterback has to make a lot of decisions, if he does not have good wide receivers it is not going to matter. After all, a quarterback needs somebody to throw the ball to. At this time, there are quite a few wide receivers that are playing up to their potential, and more. A lot of this has to do with their skills, but at the same time a quarterback who can find them when they are open helps as well.
The New England Patriot’s Wes Welker is a prime example of a wide receiver taking advantage of a great quarterback; in this case, Tom Brady. Welker finished last week’s game with 138 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
Another Patriots wide receiver who is having a great season is Randy Moss. And once again, Brady has a lot to do with this. Like Welker, Moss had a big weekend. He finished the game against the Dolphins with 122 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
Laveranues Coles of the New York Jets is doing everything he can to keep his team in the playoff hunt. In last week’s loss to the Bengals he managed to pull in two touchdowns while also adding 133 receiving yards.
Keep a close eye on how the wide receivers are developing on your favorite team. If they are having a good season, it is safe to say that a lot of this comes from a great quarterback.
